The Ability to Write With Your Left Hand The ability to write with your left hand is no advantage in piano playing. Every pianist has some difficulty making the left hand perform as easily as the right. Since most music is written with a major portion of the difficulties placed in the right hand, our right hands receive more training than our left hands. For this reason, the Twenty Minute Workout contains many Drills for the left hand alone.
